Would this cause engine to stall

It connects to the manifold after the throttle body, I think it's the Egr circuit. It's pretty much blocked.

Here is manifold,looks very dirty to me, which is best way to clean this? Car is 2008 S320, om642 engine

Thanks for reply, I was thinking it wouldn't cause a stall just poor performance, maybe it might cause some back pressure?

Engine is stalling at slow speeds and when stopped at light, just switches off. I just turn it off and back on again and away she goes no codes or anything,
It also stalls when I'm driving but I've learned how to turn it on back off while driving,
I was think it could be the crank position sensor but that usually only happens when hot and won't start again until cool.
 
There must be codes.

Had It to two different places one indy one dealer, no codes, no faults, all they could find was a problem wit steering angle sensor
