It's probably a fine car but the old chestnuts are still there!

BAD POINTS - AIR CON MAY NEED GAS

So you managed to spend all those thousands of pounds on wheel refurbs and paintwork but couldn't find £50 to get the aircon regassed? Let's face it: it leaks and doesn't work and you didn't fancy replacing the compressor or condenser etc.

Must be all that salt making the pictures fuzzy, his camera has started to corrode!

It's not, it's on an Northern Ireland plate in continental style.

Isn't this the same car that sold at auction for less than £1400 then reappeared 3 months later at £15000 ??

At least he now has his sensible head on with a no reserve auction.

I like it and it has buffed up well.

I posted the original link to the auction and the car was looking very sorry for itself - I have to say it looks better in the pictures now - but perhaps the changes are simply cosmetic and that under the skin its still tired.

I would certainly drive it and enjoy it.

But I wouldn't pay a great deal for it ...................... max £5k

Somone one will see a "value" in it however expecially when you see the utter tat you can buy with a MB badge at £5k.

People who think it's cool to drive around on German style plates are even sadder than people who fiddle with their number plates to (mis)spell their name.

A pretty sure indication that the owner is an onanist IMHO.
