Wrapping a brand new MB

I thought for a moment that Mrs Palfrem was going to have a very large surprise on Christmas Day, but no.

£2000 to have that done. :wallbash:
If that guy has any sense……….I will re-phrase. Assuming the guy didn't have the sense to photograph every inch of the car before the work, I would hope he ends up insisting the wrap was removed in his presence whilst he videos the event to capture damage to a BRAND NEW car.

I've seen similarly poor workmanship on a white GTR before...I wonder if it's the same idiot?

Silly me , thinking that 'wrapping' a car was a euphimism for crashing it : as in 'wrapping it round a tree/lamp post' .

Hint : the tree invariably wins :)

Hmmm

Most of the damage in the pics is trim. I wrapped the chrome on my C55. Took about 20 minutes start to finish. A sharp stanley blade and a roll of sticky satin black tape from ebay and a hairdryer. No bubbles or wrinkles and certainly no patches.

That was my first attempt. I feel a business coming on here.

Hint : the tree invariably wins :)

Not every time…
