Please help, I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. Both xenons appear to have gone at the exact same time, shortly after I used full beams for the first time in probably 2 years.
The headlights work but the xenon ring has gone on both sides and I don’t know what to do. The headlights are really yellow now and I want my xenon glow back if possible. This yellow light looks really really bright to me and a couple of lorries beeped me when I went past. I 100% didn’t have my main beams on. When you unlock the car at night, the lights turn on and there are a couple of xenon parts, there is a ring around the main headlight and that has disappeared.
Should I assume something more serious than just a simultaneous, dual bulb failure and send it to a garage or should I splash out £55 for each new bulb and start there?
Mine is a 2013 c220cdi and I will be so appreciative if someone can help me or answer it.
