YAW Lateral Acceleration Sensor (W203) 2001

Unexpected severe braking several times whilst driving. Intermittent problem, "ESP Visit Workshop"
Diagnosed YAW lateral acceleration sensor malfunction.
Went to Official MB (West London MB) for replacement sensor and told no longer available!

Part number 163 542 06 18

Does anyone know where I can get a new replacement part?

Seems easy enough to get a used one or a pattern part.....no idea how good the aftermarket ones will be though....
