TiVo already primed to record it as I won't get home until late tonight :)

Yes, should be good. Come on though, we all know it's a firm specialising in those with poor credit, no money and not enough sense to see the interest rates are daylight theft - no one would admit using them in their right mind, so I sympathise with the staff.

As for the "Stevie Wonder" service, that's unexcusable from such a high profile company.

Companies that victimise the poor making out they are doing them a favour.

I pitty the people who find themselves in a situation of having to use such companies.

If you cant get credit from a bank 9 times out of 10 it is for a good reason. i.e you cant afford it.

Saw the programme and was quite shocked.

Given the huge amount of licences and regulation required to run a garage and credit business (FSA regulation, Insurance regulators, Consumer Credit Act, local authority garage licencing to name a few) plus secondary measures such as the MoT test, Trading Standards etc., then why is Yes! Car credit still in business?

Every business is hounded by these regulators, and they pass on significant hidden costs to consumers. :(

If they don't work, get rid of them! Their ineffectiveness looks like job creation.
