Sorry for this!

I just want to double check this:

I have a set of these refurbished wheels in the pic below. They are 15" 7J ET44.

I want to put the winter tyres that I have on them (195 65 15) and use them on my 124 E320 Estate.

I just want to check that this is ok before going ahead and having the tyres fitted on to them.

Thanks in advance

those wheels in the picture are 15 hole - styling B.

My chart shows them in 6x15 x et48 for 124 vehicles, but you say they are 7 inch wide and et44.

Your tyres 195x65x15 would be fitted to 8 hole wheel of size 6x15 x et44 for
320 engine 124.

Same as my E320 coupe.

Merc normally fitted 205x60 tyres to the 7 inch wide wheels x et41 (sportline).

You are just on the borderline of rim size for a 195/65R15 tyre on a 7J RIM width according to this calculator. Car Bibles : The Wheel and Tyre Bible Page 4 of 4 Because in winter you might be subjecting the tyres to lots of wheel spinning antics I would be incline to try to get some W124 steel wheels of the right size for those winter tyres

They'll be fine

Yes, I have those 8-Hole ones currently on my car with 195 65 15 'Summer Tyres'.

But as I had these 15-holes (yes, definitely 7J ET44 stamped inside) sitting in the garage I was going to get the Winter tyres taken off the steel rims they are currently on and put on to these alloys and just get rid of the steel ones as we're just trying to clear space of stuff we don't need at home.
