1957 Chevrolet 2 door BelAir V8 auto.
Mr Paphetes chrome Maybach.
Another Stag.
Rolls Royce "Chinese Eye".
That red 959.
No matter how I try, I don't think I could spend £1,000,000, though the above would go some way.

One of favourites - I doff my hat to you, sir!

Any chance of some pictures?

Cheers,

Gaz
When you realise you’ve owned a car for 20 years and never actually taken pictures of it 🙀 Hunted around and found some taken by others, the the exterior pics a few years old. Took a couple of interior shots today with apologies for not cleaning first. She’s been in storage for past 3 years, drove her out of the garage for a couple of pics before putting her back to bed

passenger seat is all the way back as I’ve got her parked driver’s side up against the garage wall and climb out passenger side. It’s a full 5 seater with plenty of space for adults in the back

W110 200D Fintail with an OM617LA/autobox £45k
R170 SLK32 £20k

C215 CL65 £30k?

The non MB's
Alfa 166 (pre facelift) £5k
Isuzu 117 Finale edition £10k
Citroen C6 £5k
Renault Laguna 3.5 GT £3k
Maserati 224 £10k
Lancia Thema 8.32 £20k

Modern spec MK2 Escort rally car £200k

That gets me to about half a million.
Happy with the current fleet so will keep that as is or possibly go the C32 AMG route but it all balances out at about 20k.

Probably spend the rest getting back the ones I shouldn't have sold but realistically are not in my eyes worth what they fetch now.

In actual real life I have no interest in having more than 4 or 5 cars on the road. Better to have a few and enjoy them. Having. Lot becomes a complete chore and you don't enjoy any of them a great deal.

Although ugly it's still my favourite car of all time. Bit like Brigitte Nielsen, fugly but you would though ;)
Joanna lumley that’s a piece of mutton I’d love to unbutton and Helen mirren would be driven.........did I just say that out loud? Oops
Cars
Mercedes 190 evo 11
Brabus 190 3.6 I think. Boss had one in the 90’s and there was only 3 in the U.K. then.
Toyota land cruiser
Shelby gt500
Full resto of my car
Aventador
And a nice comfy chair and a bucket to drool in😀

She’d tell me where to go!

Hellen mirren is my all time favourite perv. Imagine my surprise many years ago in central london when I happened to see her walking down the road towards me. I pointed and said dwibble a couple of times, she obviously thought what a nutter and jogged past at great speed.

Off to dream about a Joanna and Helen sandwich with me as the filling :)

Hope you have better luck than me! I’d walk away with a lovely slap mark on my face😂😂😂

Well, I wouldn't spend £1m, but, 1st draft, in no particular order;
(Except the TR5 . . . . . that would be 1st)

Triumph TR5
Triumph Stag (original Triumph engine)
Mk 1 E Type
SL63 AMG
GLS 600 (for day to day big)
Range Rover SVA ( for tough roadwork)
Aston Martin DB9

Unfortunately, £1m is not enough by a long shot to buy my all-time favourite car, a Ford GT40 or even my second favourite, a Porsche 917 so I would buy :
a Honda Civic 1.6d EX Saloon £19k used. For everyday use
b Honda Civic type R £50k new. For the inner beast.
c Spend the rest on good replicas of the GT40 and 917.

I would definitely buy all of the cars i loved and owned over my 40 years of driving ( I would not include the ones that were a 'necessity' due to having no money! )
1978 Datsun 240K GT Skyline
1979 Datsun 180B SSS Bluebird
1975 Toyota Celica 1600GT
1976 Daimler Double Six
1978 Pontiac Firebird
1991 Ford 3.0 Scorpio Cosworth
1974 Triumph Stag

Most of the above are now floor sweepings due to rust! And as such very hard to find.... So would need to keep around £500k for filler and paint....

Moving on to cars that i almost purchased recently or looked into, that have always been on my radar ( And due to not having £1m to play with didn't go with, or because i found the SL500 )

BMW 850
Mercedes SEL 450
Mercedes G Wagon 55 AMG ( And yes i know that there is one for sale here! )
Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible
Mercedes CL500
Dream car:
Bugatti Royale ( £1m wouldn't get the wheels ...) nor the Bentley Blower .....

However This one ......

1930 Bentley 27 litre Replica, Made just down the road from me, £1m would secure it and i would forgo all of the other toys for this one!!!

Maybe need to keep back £50k for a few miles worth of fuel
