They'll be getting theirs alright, buyers decided on the day of exchange, that they want a different house. My Mrs is in bits and I am now trying to see what legal action we can take.

With the way the law is in England ...not much. Until you have exchanged the deal is not done.....different in Scotland....once the contract is signed you are done with big fines if you back away.
