YouTube, Highlighted Comment

I have noticed recently that a number of my comments on YouTube channels that I follow have, 'Highlighted Comment', above them. And I can no longer post on the videos once that has appeared.
What is that all about

It's just that you've clicked through from a notification. It's just highlighted for you.

You should still be able to comment, maybe reload the page as it may be trying to keep you focused on that comment thread.
