I picked up T65 from Currys for £69 with £20 worth of vouchers included. Guess they are knocking them out to make way for the newer models !

I randomly got a text message from Virgin regarding previous application saying that the paperwork is due next week ? Although confused, I hope it comes through - 3 years 2.49% fixed No fee iirc. As well as fixing I am hopefully going to be able to knock a few years off the term as well...

I used to have an IS300. The E320 I currently have use of has a lot more low down grunt. But the IS300 loved to be revved from what I remember !

Should I do this on the opposite external wall for a bit of insulation (solid walls) ? If I used Hardibacker I wouldn't need a vapour barrier either ? Chris

Whilst prepping the wall for boards, got a call from the plasterer who had time to skim the ceiling. When he had seen how level I got it, he recommended Plan A but using the hard wall I have left. Still won't be as flat as boarding out as it will be hard to loose any high spots with large tiles...

I guess the backer boards give piece of mind. Say if the grout is waterproof, but waters does penetrate, at least it won't break down ?

I wasn't thinking going overboard, but Hardiebacker glued/screwed would be an in between solution ? LOL @ Norman

Is Hardibacker board everywhere the ultimate solution and to put my mind at rest ? Trying to think long term now. Gripfill and screws must be the best ?

It is an internal wall, thankfully. Hardiebacker or Aqua panel for the wet areas and rest of room. I can't get the green plasterboard in the car though !
