Hi all !!!
Thanks in advance for your time and sorry for my broke english.
I have 2016 C350e mileage is 60k.
There is some problems driving in ev mode even hybrid, the car is driving mostly on petrol engine.
When start driving it will go on electric once the petrol engine kicks on won’t go back on electric(very rarely will go back to electric)
Also EVmode is available just when starting the ride after petrol engine starts won’t go back consistently driving on petrol even at traffic lights.
Please help.

Welcome.

Battery failure is very common on early (2016) Hybrids, and unfortunately they are not cheap to replace

When the battery is showing 90% charge, can you see the available range?

In any event, the car really needs to go to an MB specialist, who will have the MB STAR computer to properly diagnose the cause of the issue.

There are a number of reasons why the car will not go back to EV mode - unlikely to be the main battery pack itself if it pulls away from rest OK on that pack - more likely that the car has detected a problem with the starter motor (quite common I think) and / or the state of the 12v starter battery - it stops the car going into EV mode in case it won't be able to get back into petrol mode again.
As said it needs to go on the MB star system to see what the codes are.
In my opinion the hybrid adds a layer of complexity that is just not worth it especially when the car gets to 5+ years old.

Hi
Thanks for your time mate yes it’s show the range and sometimes drive nice and long distances on ev mode.

Yes I think is the 12v battery as now i have a error code (B1F4500) starter battery excessive resistance.
Can i replace to any new battery with the same parameters or it has to be start stop one?

You're welcome. It needs to be a stop start battery. The way that the car charges the battery is a bit different in a hybrid or a car with stop start and a "normal" battery is not going to last very long. In extreme cases it could be dangerous - not quite sure how a battery is going to react to being overcharged on a regular basis. I would not risk it despite the higher cost of a new stop start battery.
