Can anyone help me out with the factory specification of E220d 2015 tyre, both front and rear. I bought a used car and seems like there are three types of tyres installed.

Rear:
225/50ZR17 98W

Front (right):
225/50 R17 98Y

Front (left):
225/50 R17 98W

I am a bit confused with what is the exact factory spec for the tyres.

If you have a user manual in the glove box, it should indicate all the suitable tyre sizes and specifications for your car.

the user manual is missing, else it would have been my first option to check.

This well used website lists a different size tyre completely to the ones fitted to your car.
They suggest you should fit 245x45xR17 tyres. 95W 95Y 99W and 99Y are recommended.
The previous owner has fitted taller wall tyres (50) for comfort. The width has been reduced to 225 to keep the rolling road circumference correct.

Click on any 17" Mercedes wheel in the link, scroll down , click More , and check the recommended range of tyres suitable.
You can comfortably fit W tyres as they are rated up to 168mph. Y tyres are rates up to 186mph.
A 99 tyre has a higher load rating than a 95 tyre.

Don't be too concerned with the ZR, Y & W markings, they are the speed rating for the tyre which will be in excess of 149mph. Unless you plan on going for a land speed record they will be fine.

Hi , I would never change the tyre size , load rating or speed rating on a car tyre.

My car is governed by the manufacture to a maximum speed of 155 mph but Mercedes fit a tyre rated to 186 mph.
