Hi
I have a 2012 Mercedes’ c220 cdi-120k.
Recently iv noticed engine is abit louder than normal and today the engine management light came on,I got it plugged in and this code came up -P2463
The paddle shifts don’t work and it won’t go past 3000 rev.
Should I just get the dpf mapped out?
Has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like it has gone into limp mode. Removing the dpf is not a great idea and illegal. There will be a reason why the dpf is clogged if in fact it is. Either the car is not running right or has been doing lots and lots of short runs. If you can get to the bottom of this the dpf can be cleaned which should give it a new lease of life.

take air box off then nox sensor out pour wynns dpf cleaner in leave for 2 hours then run it at 3k revs for a while sorted mine, it could also be a blocked pressure sensor pipe, you will ned to get the dpf reset after
