W203 C240, 2001 build, approx 73,000 miles. Driving home last evening, no warning signs of any problems, the engine just suddenly cut out. I tried to restart it and the engine turned over but would not start. Very good service from RAC -they came out last night but could not get it going again...

While pfaffing around this lunchtime, I managed to get dashboard cleaner between the dash and the glovebox lid. Opening the glovebox to clean off excess cleaner revealed.... A chrome faced sunglass holder in the door of the glovebox! Wow! It was just about invisible :D This car never...
