Are carbon number plates legal & do you have to have euro badge?

My rear number plate has water damage,

Are the 3D raised carbon ones legal (the sites say they are) but they would....

Next question what ever plate I get is the euro badge ba legal requirement? Or can I have a GB flag or just GB?

Yes they are. Region/country code isn't a requirement, it's an optional thing.
