Bodyshoprecommendation South East Wales?

Looks like a pushbike handle bar has put a small dent into the rear quarter panel just below the petrol filler cap and a zig zag scratch about 300mm long across the panel. Recommendations on a good bodyshop in the Caerphilly area?
