Common interior rattles - W204 C-Class

My W204 C63 has a couple of rattles inside the cabin, I understand this is fairly common for this model. There's one that seems to come from right in front of the driver or just to the side, maybe around the center air vents or the dash trim behind the steering wheel. Another comes from the rear left I think, sounds like it's coming from the interior trim to the left of the left rear seat.

Has anyone else had either of these and been able to locate and resolve them?

I never had any rattles from the front, but on my S204 I did have the annoying one from the back and despite pulling out pretty much all the trim apart from the headliner, I never found it
