Radio upgrade from RY2560(sprinter) to Model VIS(from a w447 vito tourer)

Hello,
I just bought a second hand radio for my van, tried connecting it with the same cables that I had in my old unit but the only thing that happened is the mercedes logo appearing for a few seconds and going black again.
This is the url to the same radio.
I don't know if I should change anything.
