slk 170 230 kompressor cam chain

Hi, does anyone know were the cam chain adjuster is on a 230 compressor engine,? need to remove cylinder head and would like to change chain at same time, does the engine need to come out?
Any assistance would be appreciated.

The adjuster is on the left hand side in looking from the front. It's behind the kompressor which needs removing to access it. Pretty sure it can be done with the engine in.
