Software update issue

I received a notification in my app to update software. When I access the menu in the car to select update. There is no update available.

My Mercedes Me App now has limited capabilities and I cannot check lock status etc.

Any help appreciated.

The OTA system downloads updates via the car's 4g modem.

Depending on your location and GSM coverage in your area, it can take time for the software to download.

Also, new software isn't distributed to all cars simultaneously, so again it make take a while until your turn comes.

Just keep an eye on it and eventually it should download to the car.
