vito abs warning and flat wheel warning

hi

my vito has come up with abs fault and flat tyre warning . both came on at the same time. took it to a local garage and they tested abs sensors and said they were ok. (used a scaner to get live readings from sensors as car moved). they suggest take car to somebody else for diagnostics.
any suggestions on what could be problem.

Did they read the fault codes? There should have been some.

The garage couldnt read codes.i realised that if i start the car with foot on the brake the lights go off as normal.they illuminate as soon as i release the brake pedal. they come on on the last few mm of pedal travel. could be faulty brake switch. if i drive with brake pedal slightly depressed, 2 - 3 mm the lights stay off.can anybody near sutton surrey can read codes? i am willing to travel as this is a mot failure.

problem solved

problem found.

Faulty stop light switch. took it out and tested it .found nc contacts faulty. stripped cleaned bent made it work and now no more xmas tree lights. tomorrow will buy a new switch then i can get my mot
