for got to add, there was a lot of oil under the turbo area, checked the orange inlet/turbo gasket and it was fine..........what does the other breather pipe do that goes into the inlet manifold(about an inch in diameter with the plug in conecter) bob

Tottaly agree lads, the car is in at a specialist auto gearbox place (that's all they do, they to have never seen anything like it), they took it up with mercedes who had never seen it either......apparantly the merc dealer took it up with germany, they to had no idea. Getting it recovered back...

No thanks WIS or EPC, but plenty of thanks to Dash1 and his photo's have located the sensors swapped them over and star now shows the fault on the drivers side......so first thing in the morning i will order a new one. Feel much better venting my anger, also knowing i am not alone in my hatered...

Hi Guys, further to my other post regarding WIS and EPC, i have just wasted the last 3 hours on WIS and EPC trying to locate the position of the front crash sensor which has shown up as a fault, dealer has told me there are 2 types and i need to see which one i have in my car.........problem...
