I believe I had the bulb on mine and just removed it ..no issue.

Maybe a silly thread but my 2005 W211 CDI estate ..inline 6 still drives well , especially after last service with engine mounts replaced, but paintwork is hard to keep looking good and overall it´s showing some age (340k km) ...what on earth do I replace it with at reasonable money to offer...

Can someone confirm if the wiper blades are the same item for LHD vs RHD for the W211 front wipers . I require a LHD set and was trying to get the cheaper Ebay ones , I guess the quality is not bad for the price difference . Thanks, T.
