Love the front end on the new e-class, love the whole package actually.

All slks now come with pano roofs as there is a problem with the metal ones, so every slk either has a standard pano roof or a magic sky one, so that's probably not helping, plus MB are having to replace cars with metal roofs that have failed.

I very much doubt the 'brokers' have cars in stock, they will also be factory orders too, these cars have so many options that there's no standard car as such these days, and options is where they will make some of their money I'd have thought.

Strange, to the best of my knowledge they aren't special tyres, just bog standard ones, Michelin pilot 3's, which are easily obtainable. Strange though, the one I went to test drive had a knackered turbo........ Where was this?

Drove one a week ago, loved it, nice colour too.

I was hoping to drive one of these last Friday at an AMG day, but it broke down, turbo problems, did someone mention reliability of a highly tuned engine.......

Drove one of these the other day at an AMG day, really liked it, was the estate.

AMG day on Friday which I went to, which was for Worcester and Stourbridge. There was an S63 SL63 CLS63 ML63 C63 E63 A45 SLK55 SLS Was a good day, i got to drive most of them, the A45 broke though, turbo knackered. A maclaren mp4 turned up, I persuaded him to give me a ride, which was amazing.

I've been invited to one of these events in a few weeks but i have work booked that i can't get out of, gutted as i really want to drive some more AMG models to give me an idea of a potential next car.

Cla is near silent, I thought they were supposed to be making it sound like an AMG? I wonder if it has the optional exhaust.

You're lucky then with your megane, (and the megane is not at all rock hard suspension, it's actually quite comfortable, very well dampened), I also had a 250, and an R26 before that, and a Clio 182, and all 3 rattled. If you have recaros in the megane, they will also rattle, the passenger one...

My fuel filler cap tells me to use 98 Ron fuel so I use vpower, as its cheaper than ultimate and I refuse to put supermarket ****e in my car. It's not just the power and mpg, but also the cleaning agents they put in to make the engine nice a clean, have run all my cars on vpower for the past 9...
