I was charged 2.5 hours labour to change plugs @ £60 per hour (plus vat) in July 2007. The plugs were charged at £7.34 each plus vat ;12 of them!

Hello All. I have read in the forums that it is not necessary on W124's to compress the rear spring before removal or installation. Would anybody know if it's the same for a W210 Avantgard Estate? (210.265).

Would anybody know if the procedure for rear spring replacement is the same as this on an S210 estate? i.e. no spring compressors, nut on lower arm to be undone at the "diff" end, trolley jack de-compression and compression?
