Get one litre of fluid and add it, if the problem gets better you know you are low on fluid. Loom seals are the usual place to check for the leak.

I have just done mine. I replaced the arm, it looks like the bush can be pressed out but not the ball joint. Bought a complete kit from germany and changed all arms including track rod ends plus the anti roll bar drop links. Cost £150 delivered.

14.0L seems reasonable, My C32 drinks fuel when the right foot is heavy so the higher level is probably right to get you safely to a fueling station!!!
