Neighbours using cones to guard parking spaces

Chances are they nicked the cones in the first place http://www.crimestoppers.co.uk/ Grass them up, If they were Chavey/pikey types nothing would probably be done , but as you say it is a nice area they are probably hardworking middle class pretty much law abiding folks , given this...

What car does Lewis Hamilton drive?

http://www.sundaymirror.co.uk/sport/motorsport/2007/11/11/lewis-i-feel-like-a-nobody-98487-20093359/ This article gives an insight to his thinking, he has been partying with rappers and it seems they are some of the people he idolises , hence the 24" inch wheel and oversized truck thing.

What car does Lewis Hamilton drive?

He's a bling chav, I kid you not, he likes the ML because he can stick 22" inch chrome spinner wheels on it (he did say someyhing like that). Wouldn't be surprised if he has the diesel because one of his rap boy homies said it was harder than a petrol  . Wouldn't be surprised if we...

    Which S-class to buy?

Hello I owned an 2000 S430 272bhp 24.5 mpg at 90mph which I bought fairly cheap 2nd hand basically because it wasn't an S500. 1. The S500 had 306bhp and much the same equipment 2. and is supposed to be as economical the only reason I can see to buy an S430 is price. 3. RUST shocking I know...

What car does Lewis Hamilton drive?

They used to get cars registered to MB Milton Keynes My old S65 was used by Ron Dennis and when I got it they had an S55 in that Coultard had been using. As Lewis is down with the gansta rappers, I could see him having a GL, but I had assumed that they all got AMG's to promote the brand...

    CL63- Wow!

I just picked up an S63 with the same engine , it doesn't misfire that I noticed but it does run a little rougher at idle than the V8 in the S55 did. Still have only done 300 miles so will wait and see. Amazing what they will do now for marketing, particularly for the states

    Contraversial Subject

Had a couple of boxsters, just excellent, costs are highish though. Really excellent steering, grip and fine handling but clumsy gearchanges and inputs can upset the cars balance, I've seen people spin at 20 mph on roundabouts (my pals wife in hers lol) and had a few unexpected thrills myself...

Fed Up With MB Dealers, so.....

A old client of mine went to look at an LS430, no car was available when he popped in so they delivered one to his house later and he test drove it for a day, he decided he wanted one, but there was a month wait for delivery so he said he would decline, they then offered to give him a demo for a...

    Tough Little Buggers

I'm really impressed by that, I had no faith in Smarts at all and thats amazing  . Mind you as for human body not being up to it, I was told that Princess Di and Doddie should have been alive if they'd been wearing thier seat belts and the body guard did survive and that was 90mph to...

    Advanced driving course's

Goodpost by Nickmann I'm in the IAM, it is well worth doing, as said above, the observation element is very good, EVERYONE could benefit from it, very good for brushing up on the basics of driving but it does have it's short comings in certain technical areas and some of the techiniques they...

Driving test every 5 years - your thoughts??

 Current system is pretty good, we've got just about the best standard of driving and safety in the world in this country. One problem is they are making the current test too hard to pass, it doesn't appear to be making better drivers, but is making more difficult for people to pass...
