Soft(ish) wire wool , Autosol , old tee shirts for rags, plenty of elbow grease and Lots of patience. Up close they are pitted on the bottom edge but not as bad as most. I clean them every time I wash the car and it’s a few minutes. Getting them back was several hours.

@Bobby Dazzler This was a previous garage when I had a Morgan Roadster , if you look closely under the right front wheel you can see where the pant pulled off first time I parked the Moggie with warm tyres 🤬 hence the rubber mats under the tyres 👍
