Its a 2005, 125k i think. I took it for a long blast on motorway while it was being 'good' to me and not limping. The while journey (roughly 70 miles round trip) it was perfect amd was perfect the whole week after. This week i got limp mode again. Hooked up to delphi and checked a few things...

P.s i did try a forced regen using delphi software but after about a minute of regen it said 'regeneration failed' and i had to turn the car off as it was like frozen in regen mode with no response to throttle or brake pressing (this cancels regen)

Hi all quick update. Got the part delivered from germany. Fitted it friday and all weekend been fine. Today tho went into limp mode again. Diag brings up code p0132 (o2 sensor) Ive been reading this could be a blocked dpf or cat? Any thoughts?

Make sure you get the viton purple oil cooler seals not the orange.

I not long had this done. Mine was the oil cooler seals. While the top was stripped down i had the inlet manifold gaskets changed, egr cooler gasket, glow plugs and obv the oil seals. I needed a repair on 1 of the flaps and also i had a resistor fitted to bypass the port shut off thingy. I...
