Hello I am new need help my ml270 2001 is loosing coolant slowly over three days while stood still, I’ve noticed a constant drip around the bolt securing pipe to alternator from underneath can any one help

My ml 270 is loosing coolent slowly over 3 days stood still I have noticed a constant drip around the nut holding pipe on to alternator from underneath can anybody advise please
