Did you have to replace the small stop/start battery in the boot or just the main one? I assumed the mileage is KM but what is strange is it doesn't match up to miles equivalent. A few thousand miles out which is odd.

This is what my dash says after 18093 miles. Vast majority of which is motorway driving: But tracking fills myself shows around 35.4 Mpg: So it seems to be out by about 13% difference.

Anyone know if it is possible with STAR to adjust how the dash cluster calculates MPG. I have manually recorded each milage at fill-up for 2 years of my ownership and the real MPG is 35.4MPG but the dash says something silly like 40+. It seems to be about 20% out all the time.

Annoyingly it has had its air filter screws over tightened at some point in it's life and they dont bite as they should. Wonder if there is a way to fix with oversized screws / some kind of plastic weld or if it might need replacing.

I replaced my filters at the weekend with genuine MB ones along with some exhaust gaskets (cat to DPF - NIGHTMARE!, and EGR from exhaust y piece gasket. I noticed today that under hard acceleration I can hear a rather loud air noise. I assume it is the new filters making it more pronounced but...

Ah are you saying the gram reading is infact a percentage and mislabelled ?

I fortunately both V2 and V3 don’t show DPF % for my model and only show gram. It is currently at 29gram and showing over 7000 miles since last regen. I have not been impressed with icarsoft at all and hoped v3 would fix previous issues but still no % shown, no DPF regen and not even showing...

I updated it to latest version before trying and the only service DPF options are as shown. It simply isn't available for my year and model :(
