Thanks I have had a leak test and dye added, he couldn’t find the leak either. Would you know can a compressor leak without any visible signs ? Eg under uv light the tech and I have nothing. If not I am thinking it must be the evaporator. Hell of a lot of work to get to that !

Just bought OEM one £159 plus vat From main dealer bought a reman of ebay first £99 Was OK but decided with the OEM. i think the reason for the quote will be mainly for the labour, a lot of work to get to it at least on a Vito.

Thanks Matt its driving me crazy changed everything apart from rack, you don't know which hose by any chance, I have changed the two main hoses, cant be those as the part was £145 approx alone. Cheers Roy

Sorry for the late update, the paint supplied in a spray can is perfect, used their vynal clean, then their own brand vynal prep, warm the paint slightly before use and hey presto. I resprated both door cards, handbrake cover and touched up some other spots. Can highly reccomend.
