If you put a condom over the open neck of radiator, see if it inflates, means gasses getting into water, not good. Make sure new cap is 0.9 bar and not 1.1

Have a look at rad cap, seem to remember from pajero owners club years ago that the right cap is marked as 0.9 on it.

My old 420se 126 used to not want to start now and again. Switch on ignition and have someone stand at back of car drivers side, you should hear the fuel pumps prime up, if you don't it won't start and is the fuel relay switch.

I paid £260 with flux, canceled after 4 weeks as they wanted £125 more, I got £20 back, they are a rip off.

Contact Paul Edwards at Glynwood insurance services, 01543-675163. They will insure your pajero and not rip you off like flux, I insured with flux and after paying my money and receiving my paperwork was then told to pay £125 more or they would cancel my policy.
