sorted just for other peoples future searches check the pipes that go to the due vavles mine had come loose and letting water out and the water was trickling down the car and ended up driping by the bell housing
Had this car since 162k every few weeks check water and oil religiously and no use of any just over 170k now and had a new light come on the dash yellow water level light topped it up about 200 miles ago now it's back on again.

still itan still settle in the exhaust boxes and cats as my c250td's a 2000 any derv that hasnt be driven fast for a while will smoke for a while until all the soots chucked out
would not worry about it i get the same on my c250td if drive it normally then give it some it clears it throat i think its just the cat/dpf being cleared out when you boot it

hi there got a w reg c250td manuel saloon currently running a little bit more than stock power with upped fueling is there a diff off another model w202 auto maybe or estate ? or a diffrent model altogether that will up my gear for more speed per gear ? and will swap straight over

what bolts are needed when fitting e270cdi wheels (w211?) to a 202 seems the w202 are too long with these wheels as it locks the rear wheel up on the hand break and the fronts are about 2threads 2 long i think

well after almost buying a set of c43 calipers found out these cheap discs were listed as c43 but were the wrong size ! so the hunt is on again for a cheap and effective brake upgrade there is a set of w210 e36amg calipers on ebay will these fit on a w202

ive found c43 discs on ebay for 124.oo a pair but with them being 334 i doubt there goin to fit under any thing smaller than 18s ? i had how ever found a set of w210 e36
calipers on ebay and they run a 294 disc would there bolt on.
there isnt a problem :S exept the brakes over heat due to my car carring more speed than a std car because of more power so a c43 or e36 brake upgrade should be a good idea for mine as the have over double the std power of mine as std

whats the size of the c43 discs whats the smallest wheels the fit under is there and other bolt up upgrades from other mbs that will fit ?
std brakes on mine are fine for normal driving ect but with some b road...
management wise cant you use a piggy back system like a greddy E manage or simular ? basic way to get the fueling right would be a rising rate fuel reg
cant say ive ever turboed a non turbo car but have fettled and owned a fair few turbo cars with good results . are you keeping the engine std and running low boost ?
unsure what sort of abuse merc engines can take but i know the bmw 2.5 engines with a mls gasket and arp head bolts are quite...

ok il try and get the codes read just thought it would throw a light up thats all ? my heaters are the ones with the 2 dials it looks like the valves have been taken out and joined with metal pipes .
can only see the 2 pipes by the servo that have been joined and just located the plug its still there. so maybe a case of getting some second hand ones and see what happends ?
any ideas on the abs and asr ? guys 1st and second are not fun in the wet just spins up the wheels.
