19 for your 18

All, I'm looking at buying a slightly used E-Class (edition 125), and have been offered one with 19" alloys. I'd prefer 18", so would there be a market for a swap? The dealer has indicated that he MIGHT be able to swap, but wants to charge ME extra for the swap?! I think he should be giving me...
