w212 (2014)online command system

Can anyone help with my online command system fitted to the e220 bluetec Mercedes (2014). I tried to use an american region dvd today so went into engineers mode and changed the region from 2 to 1. this didn't work so went and changed the European/japan/US mode but this didn't work either...
