    1984 280SELauto stalling

    I have a 1984 280 sel auto. The car runs OK generally, but when stopping in traffic, or at traffic lights, the car is stalling. Once stalled, it is taking up to 40 minutes to successfully start the engine again. Does anybody have any idea what may cause this? I am based in Sheffield, UK...
