boosting

hi ppl have a e320 cdi yr 2000 it works fine but now it does not boost at times. what could this problem be?

I've got the iPod car kit fitted and I'm incredibly happy with it. My only minor gripe is that sometimes it's not quite as loud as I'd like it to be. 90% of the time it's fine, but if you want to play one of your favourite tracks at a higher volume the power just isn't there. What's the best...
