    xD Picture card to SD card caddy/adapter?

    I know there are a dozen different aways of achieving what I want to do, but..... ...what I actually want is an adapter or caddy so that I can read an xD picture card in a laptop SD card slot. If anyone with lots of time can find one I would appreciate it!!
