Morning folks Can some one please measure me the dia of the steering wheel on a w211 please?? Is it 380mm diameter???

just spent over an hour looking through the post's to try and find info on whats the widest tyre's on 17" rim's,, that will fit on a 1993 220 coupe,, without body work mod's,, no luck,, steel or alloy wheel's, either will do,, anybody know,,??? found a bit of info on ebay,, dont know if...
