dvd or cd

From the 5 minute on Google I have had time for, this appears to be quite a common problem. Anybody come across this, if so ideas/fixes welcome!

I have a C55 AMG, and I seem to have a disc stuck in the single slot command unit. Pressing the eject button causes it to make some noises for about 10 seconds and nothing happens. Any ideas how to remove it?
