    Navigation CD cannot be ejected on W220 2001

    Hi marvel team, my car is W220 ,when I try to eject the navigation CD,I hear some noise and the CD ejects half way then return back in,the navigation system is working fine,but I cannot eject the CD,could anyone tell me how to eject it? Thanks in advance...
