Can anyone help with this? I assumed (uh oh!) that the tacky 8-ball gear knob currently fitted to my project E220 would simply screw off, however, it looks like it's glued. Do I need to remove the shaft? Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a 124 or 190 sportline G/Knob . Does anyone with one want to part with it ? Prefer good condition
