h or gasket

Hi guys i need some advise, since i bought the W124 300D, i checked with the last owner if the head gasket has been done, unfortunately not,the car has 105000 miles,there is a slight oil leak as ive noticed on the under tray, but not to a point to affect the consumption and thank god it hasnt...
