    eBay & private plates - what to know/costs

    i'm after a cheap plate with maybe my initials just to take the age off the car. there are some bargains to be had in ebay. just wondering what forms i should make sure the plates come with, if there is anything else to watch for, and any DVLA registration costs. thank you
