Right basically when i lock my car, or unluck it, the green AND red lights both blink for longer than needed. Anyone know why?

Hi there Its only happened twice now - both in traffic on my 2001 CLK 320 but suddenly the ESP, BAS and ABS warning lights come on the dashboard accompanied by a cycling warning message on teh speedo that all three have failed and to visit the workshop...The criuse control also stopped working...
