    Is a MAF/MAS a Service Item now ?

    In my service book it's got "Hot-Film Air Mass Meter replaced (engine 612.990)" 50k miles/4 years Does that mean the Maf/Mas should be changed at those intervals wether there is a problem or not ?

    New MAF/MAS for w208 CLK 230k.

    Hi, I've got a 1999 w208 CLK 230k (can provide VIN as required). Need a new MAS/MAF for it. Only want the Bosch/Merc part, and want a new part, not second hand. If anyone can recommend a source/has one to sell please let me know. Thanks R
