    Bought car with triggered NeckPros

    I've just bought an '07 E320 CDI and have discovered that both of the NeckPro head restraints are in the triggered position. Does anyone know of any reason why that might be (e.g. caused by battery or power disconnection) or do they only trigger in an accident? Also, does anybody know whether...
