    Oxidised aluminium

    Some of the ally parts on my engine are oxidised - alternator, brackets, inlet manifold etc. I've painted the inlet manifold with smooth hammerite, and I'm happy with that, but has anyone any ideas how to remove the oxidation from the other parts?

    Oxidised wheels replaced/repaired

    Just had 2 wheels replaced on my 31 month old w203 under warranty at mercedes whitefield.i phoned and explained they had started to corrode ,1 week later i got a call to say replacemeent had been authorised.they also fitted my own 4 new tyres free of charge"nice guys". the front passenger wheel...
